Macklystore has been providing affordable, high-quality sleepwear in India and Sri Lanka. While its primary market was Sri Lanka, operating through department stores, the Mackly team saw potential of expanding their business exponentially through e-commerce in India.

Their core problem was to turn around their website which was not optimal and was non-responsive causing users to bounce off the website. Mackly partnered with Sketch for two things;

  • An eCommerce reboot, with an overhaul in design, user experience and speed of the website
  • Leveraging digital marketing techniques to boost sales and grow the brand in India.

Integrated google analytics to leverage in-depth eCommerce data. Continuous analysis of social and ecommerce analytics enabled the client to understand what the new users were looking for, and how product offering should be optimized to improve further sales.

Sketch sends out monthly reports with detailed analysis and recommendations to clients for continuous improvements based on customer analysis and trends.

The site needed to be highly conversion optimized

SEO architecture set up for the website. SEO optimized content was updated to website based on keyword research to improve website ranking of the website. Organic sales increased by 451% within 6 months.
